Why see a physical therapist?
A physical therapist evaluates and guides a patient’s recovery from
pain, an injury, or surgery by developing a treatment program. A
treatment program can include joint/soft tissue mobilization,
modalities, and exercise prescription. A physical therapist will help
to maximize the patient's level of physical function by working with
the patient to design a treatment program designed to his or her
specific needs.
