UW Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Doug Smith, will be featured in KOMO-TV's 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. newscasts

A story will appear tonight on KOMO-TV's 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. newscasts involving a 14-year-old patient from Mt. Vernon who lost her arm as a result of an ATV accident. Dr. Doug Smith, UW Orthopedic Surgeon, is included in the story and talks about the nerve transfer procedure he performed.
